Atlantis High is a teen comedy TV show, shot in New Zealand in 2001. The plot revolves around 16-year-old Giles Gordon, who has just moved to Sunset Cove, "a beautiful coastal surfing town where the sun is always shining, the people are all beautiful and everything is perfect... or so it seems." He enrolls in Atlantis High School, where he soon discovers that Sunset Cove is unlike any town he's ever seen: populated by double-agents, aliens and high school students with blue hair and pointy ears, its inhabitants are eccentric lunatics who at times turn into superheroes or other whimsical figures. Atlantis High both parodies soap operas and pays homage to spoof television.

When Merton finds a real superhero to join his new League of Decency, Tommy suspects that Stormfront is more interested in fame than in doing good deeds. Tommy and Lori decide to quit his ""team"" because Merton thinks they were the sidekicks of Stormfront because he was better than both of them. Stormfront causes havoc in the city of Pleasantville but he poses as a hero when he relinquishes the disaster. He also stole fame from Tommy Dawkins.

At the rehab center, Jim (Mike Farrell) makes good progress and in turn helps a friend (guest star David Marciano) who is frustrated with the slow pace of his own recovery. Meanwhile, Joanie (Paula Cale) finally gets financial satisfaction from her father's insurance company and helps a new friend (guest star Carol Potter, ""Beverly Hills, 90210"") wage a similar battle against the HMO. Elsewhere, Robbie's (Seth Peterson) attempts to be more of a friend than a father to Pete (guest star Alex D. Linz, ""Home Alone 3"") results in a trip to the emergency room.
